The memory card on my camera filled up this week, and I was getting ready to format it, but wanted to make sure all the pictures made it to the computer. The first picture on the camera was from June, and just comparing what Aubry looked like then and what she looks like now amazed me. Not only does she look a lot older, but she gets smarter and more talkative as the days go by. It's an amzing thing to watch and I'm lucky enough to see it happen every day.
When she wears her Bears jersey I swear she could pass for a 4-year old!

And she definitely likes to pretend she's older, trying on Grandma Karen's shoes, and walking in them most of the day.

She even wants to babysit her cousin, Mia. Every time she has seen Mia, she reaches for her, as if an adult is actually going to let Aubry hold her. Well she finally got her chance today. We spent the beautiful (ok, a little hot) day at the Morten Arboretum. We found a great spot in the shade where Mia could stretch out and roll around. Aubry was thrilled (just look at her face) that she got to "hold" Mia.

Aubry was even teaching Mia some skills, like:
how to kick her legs.....

....and how to tackle daddies (or Uncle B's)
What a perfect picture!

Oh, and how could we forget.....
Happy 18 months, Aubry!!
I can't believe she is 1 1/2!
