Day 1: Time to go! Aubry had her 1st airport/airplane experience.
By the time we were checking in, someone was a little cranky, but Mickey stickers and a balloon quickly cheered her up!
Day 2: Happy Thanksgiving!
We started the day by meeting everyone at the bus stop and went to Animal Kingdom. We were not there long, but still saw lots and lots of animals, and even got to meet Goofy, Minnie, and Mickey for the 1st time!!!
Aubry & Kyri had matching hats and polos. They were too cute!
This was Aubry's favorite stroller position. She was often caught riding with her legs up on the bar.
Goofy & Santa Goofy!
There were Christmas decorations EVERYWHERE. It was so beautiful, especially at night, all lit up.
We left Animal Kingdom for our Thanksgiving Feast. To top off the delicious food, we also met Chip, Dale, Pluto, and Goofy again!
Look closely and you will see Aubry giving Dale knuckles!
After dinner we headed to Hollywood Studios to catch the night performance of Fantasmic. Aubry and Kyri watched the show, wide-eyed, amazed at all the characters, lights, and music.
Day 3: Castle, here we come! We spent 15 hours at the Magic Kingdom on Friday. I could have done a few more, but Aubry was a little wiped out by the end of the parade and fireworks. We were able to get on every ride. Aubry rode most of them, too. The only ones she missed was Pirates of the Caribbean (she was sleeping) and Space Mountain & Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (she was too tiny).
Minnie shirt and Minnie glasses
These 2 are on their way to stardom for sure!
We caught the end of a character performance. Byt the end of it, the girls were on the ground dancing and clapping along!
The girls loved going in and out of Winnie the Pooh's tree house.
Seeing all the hunny made the girls wants some snacks. Aubry had her 1st banana!
Here are Aubry and I on Dumbo. If you can't see Aubry, it's because she fell asleep on my shoulder while we were waiting in line - so that is how she rode the ride!
Another meal with characters! This time we met Tigger, Piglet, Eeyore, and Pooh!
A night time magical carpet ride with Pop and Josh
The beautiful castle lights - the colors changed all night long.
Aubry got a light up Tinkerbell toy from Grandma Nancy - and loves it!
After narrating the fireworks into Grandma Nancy's ear; "castle! lights! boom! castle! boom! lights!", this is how she left the park:
If you didn't notice the pant change, it's because somebody leaked on her daddy while we were in line for the jungle cruise. Her diaper was changed in mid air in front of everyone. The people watching said that the wet mark on Bryan's shirt looked like it was in the shape of Mickey. What a Disney lover!!
Day 4: After our last character meal for a delicious breakfast, we spent our last full day at 2 parks. We really wanted to see the Playhouse Disney show at Hollywood Studios, so we headed back there. It was actually a really fun show! While we were there, we met 2 of Aubry's favorite movie characters, Mike & Sully, from Monsters, Inc. She was amazed! Then we headed to Epcot to go find Nemo =)
We finally got to meet Donald!

Josh got caught wearing a "Happy Birthday" pin, so he got a cupcake from Goofy!
Snuggles with daddy while we waited to meet Handy Manny, which Aubry wasn't too sure about, but Kyri snuggled right up to him!
Day 5: Time to go home =(. The shuttle picked us up at 11:15, so there wasn't much time to do anything except take some last pictures.
Aubry's hair looks so long here!

Bryan and I were watching the girls while the rest of the family finished packing. A nice man walked by us and asked us if we would like a nice family picture together. Welcome to the family, Kyri!
Aubry was all set to go

The last picture taken, right before we boarded the plane (which, by the way, we boarded right behind Carlos Zambrono, since he sat in the row right in front of us!) It's a good thing he wasn't directly in front of us, because Aubry tended to kick the seat.
So magical. It really was. Watching the expression on Aubry's face was priceless. She got so excited, so easily. There were times that she giggled so hard it made me laugh. One of my favorite times was waiting for the Electric Light Parade at Magic Kingdom while we were playing in front of the castle. She was running all around, dancing, clapping, laughing, just having a blast and running into my arms. It was just a good feeling to be there with her. I am definitely ready to go back already.
I wil try to get a post together with some cute video and some group shots and "magic" shots taken by the park workers, but we'll have to wait until they arrive in the mail after we order them. So, stay tuned for more magic!!
