2013 - We're 10 months old!

Morgyn & Grady turned 10 months old on New Year's Day. We celebrated lots of December birthdays (Pop, Nancy, Kyri, and Sue) at the Knutsons during brunch, along with Grandpa Mike who's actual birthday was 1/1....and who turned 60!!

Is this the first giant embarrassing bow picture? I think so!

Poor Grady was right in the middle of being sick... but he still found a smile for me :)

After breakfast, the kids made a train, and got to play in Sandy's collection of Free Stuff!

It was a pretty lazy day, since lots of people weren't feeling well. The food was still delicious, of course!!

10 month update
Grady: During Grady's week of not feeling good, he was also getting FOUR teeth on top! There are 2 that are very noticeable, one that is just a little bit out, and one that keeps receeding. He also took a break from trying to walk, since all he wanted to do was be snuggled. However, once he started feeling better, he has done nothing but want to walk.  He is up on 2 feet walking across the room. His balance is astounding. He will walk to a toy, squat to pick it up, and then stand back up without using his hands. He chickens out a lot, plopping to the ground on his bottom, crawling the rest of the way.
Morgyn: is still our happy little girl. She still only has 2 bottom teeth, and doesn't seem very interested in walking on her own. She walks along furniture just fine, but will crawl to get around. She is a stair climber, though. She loves to climb Grandma Nancy's stairs. We have gated ours off, but if given the chance, she is up up and away. She is also quite the talker and repeater. She says "hi" all day long, while sometimes waving. Also "bye bye". It really sounds like she is trying to say Aubry, but its more like "ra-ree", which could also be Kyri. She loves to say "da-da", "uh-oh", and"ma-ma", and sometimes "baby". She repeats "brother" and many many other words. Sometimes we have heard "ama" for Grandma, "oo-lee" for Julie, and even "no"!
Both babies love to play baseball lately. We have a little t-stand, soft ball, and soft bat. When the ball is hit off the T, Morgyn will go get it! Grady LOVES to put the ball back on the T. Both babies will sit in my lap to "bat". Aubry is a great batter and fielder. Morgyn and Grady keep a close eye on her to learn new things.
Double Trouble is in action, climbing on Aubry's chair..even though they have their own now!

But then Super Why came on tv.... they LOVE the music in this show!
