2 months

Wow! Aubry is 2 months old already! She is growing everyday... physically and developmentally. Here are her 2 month stats as well as what she's been up to lately.

She is exactly 12 pounds. Our little piglet. This is the 80th percentile!

She is 23.5 inches long, which is in the 88th percentile!

She is just a giant for someone her age! She definitely cannot fit into newborn size anymore, and even some '0-3 month' size are getting small (mostly sleepers because she is getting too long!). It seems like she eats all day long, but there are some times that she just wants to be awake so we play at the beach, or read a story, or have tummy time or go for a walk. She still loves her baths and has grown infatuated with ceiling fans! She does have trouble napping during the day. Unless there is a car ride involved, they only last 20-30 minutes. But she sleeps a little more at night, getting up around 1 and 4 to eat.

At her 2 month check up today, she had to get 3 shots. What a trooper. She survived (as did I and Grandma Karen). The first one had no reaction, but shot number 2 must have hurt A LOT because she had one GIANT scream that made her face turn tomato red. It was so sad! But because of that reaction she didn't even notice the third shot =) She calmed down very quickly and fell asleep on the way home.

Yesterday (on her 2 month birthday) we took her to Aurelio's for dinner. It was her first time inside a restaurant. We thought she was going to sleep through her the dining experience, but she woke up for a bottle right when we finished. Isn't she so polite for waiting and letting us eat first =) We think she enjoyed it and would definitely go back.

We are so looking forward to some nicer weather so she can start wearing her cute summer clothes!
