Things I'm recently amazed by:
*her love of baths - she will drop everything and run to the stairs at the mention of it.
*she can name colors red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, black, peach, and sometimes brown.
*she can count to 10!
*she can pick out letters A, B, C, T, Y all the time. Sometimes she can find M, D, B, R, and U.
*she can name the following shapes when shown a picture of it: circle, triangle, and oval (she will repeat diamond, square, pentagon, octagon, and rectangle if you say them when you show them)
*she has memorized where her puzzle pieces go so we turned the base around on her and she figured it out!
*her saying "tank you mommy welcome", as if saying thank you AND you're welcome!
*if she is climbing on you, and you say "ouch" she will respond "sorry mommy"
*her willingness to put her pacifier on a table during the day - she knows she can only have it for naps, the car, and bedtime.
*she can name A LOT of Disney characters (mostly pixar, princesses, and playhouse disney)
*using names and words correctly - "no, no, Jake" (when she didn't want Jake to "get her" anymore)
*remembering names! "Danny, come play"
*"mommy, no sing" - hurts my feelings A LOT, but it was one of her first sentences, so I can't help but think it's cute.
*how she organizes her tea set by color and will only use the blue teacup and blue spoon, and mommy's is always pink.
*how daddy's Elefun net is always green
*she won't brush her teeth unless she's holding a toy shark
*she's starting to know what will come next in her favorite movies ("wait, Nemo!" "Buzz falling!" "Tink fly!")
*she loves to give hugs
*she says "a kiss me" when she gets kissed
*she loves loves LOVES to eat yogert, all by herself
*she loves to watch whats going on in the kitchen, whether it is loading the dishwasher or cooking, she is watching
*Today was the first time I said "It's nap time", layed her on the chair with book, blanket, and "fifi" the pacifier, put Darby (from Winnie the Pooh) on tv, and she closed her eyes and fell asleep!
*hearing an excited "MOMMY!" when she first sees me after work and getting a HUGE hug.
I love it. It is so fun. There is something different every day. She's growing up too fast! Here are some recent pictures and videos to enjoy for those of you who don't get to see her as often as I do.
Our little marshmallow lover stole this bag out of the pantry and starting snacking all on her own.
Mommy - daughter matchy match in magenta!
Learning to say cheese for the camera (kind of creepy)
Learning the yummiest way to enjoy a Salerno Butter Cookie.
We just completed her 1st gymnastics class! The day we brought the camera, she wasn't super interested in the equipment, but we were lucky enough to be the only student there.
This is one of the first times she counted just by saying numbers, instead of actually counting how many there are of something. Usually, she will count how many crayons she has.
I tried to catch her singing, but instead found out who was on her diaper.
And yes, she really just wanted a Salerno Butter Cookie from the box in the background.

Aubry is such a big girl! I can't believe how much she is saying these days! It seems like it happened over night. Oh, and Kyri does the exact same thing to me when I try to sing. "No, Mommy!" Why aren't we allowed to sing with them??
Aubry is so smart! I'm excited that Jackson can count to three and that he even picks up a crayon to attempt to color let alone name the colors! We need to get these two together so a little bit of Aubry can rub off on Jack! She is just too cute.
Adorable! Loved the gym videos.
Wonder why she doesn't want you to sing?? Counting and colors - fabulous!
