We're making the official announcement that...








We're PREGNANT.....with TWINS!!!

Aubry will welcome her baby siblings (baby brothers, or baby sisters, or baby brother and baby sister) around March. My official due date is March 18th. Twins don't typically stay inside for 40 weeks, but we are hoping they at least stay in until early March. The doctor pretty much said that they wouldn't let me go past 37 weeks (I am just about 11 weeks along right now) which is the week of Feb 26th. Leap Year is this year.... which means 2/29...which is during my 37th week..... Maybe I can convince the doctors to wait until my 38th week. =)

I have surprisingly been feeling pretty well. . The week before we found out, I was extremely tired and fell asleep the instant my eyes would shut (even in the middle of the day while I was home with Aubry - she was very generous and often allowed me short 15 - 20 minute naps. She's the best!) I seem to have a little more energy these days (or the fact that we are expecting TWO more has my mind filled with too many thoughts that it won't rest). However, with the start of school this week, I have been pretty wiped in the evening - because of twins? Not sure - probably a little bit of twins and getting back into a routine.

We have had a few doctor appointments and ultra sounds and everything is looking good for both babies. We already know that they are fraternal, which means they will not be identical.

I'm sure everyone is wondering the same thing, so here's the answer:
We will definitely be finding out the sex of the babies.......... as soon as we can!!!!
