Meet the 2012 Ford Flex
We went into the dealership to look at it and test drive it, since I had never seen the inside of one. We had absolutely no intention on purchasing, but the dealer ended up giving us an incredible deal on it, so we couldn't pass it up.
The 2nd row has 2 captain chairs, with a small walkway in between them that leads to the third row that has 2 seats. This was the only "3rd row" car that actually had car seat clips in the third row, instead of just using the seatbelt. The storage area in the back isn't super big, but it is deep, so there is still plenty of room for groceries and strollers. Plus, the seats in the third row fold separately so you can have them in a flat position, or just half way down.
It is still an adjustment for me to park and back up, but so far, it is a nice car - and Aubry loves "mommy's new car", which is pretty much all that should matter :)
