Aubry took her first trip to the theater district!! She got a very special treat - front row, balcony to see Mary Poppins. She was adorable. As soon as we parked, she got very excited and held Grandma Karen and Aunt Mary's hand the whole way to the theater. She even cooperated with some pictures! When the show started, she looked at me and said "Where's Mary Poppins? Where's Mary and Jane and Michael?" How does a 2 1/2 year old know the names of the children in the movie, especially since its been a few weeks since she's seen the movie! It was precious. She did so good in the theater - got somewhat antsy, but sat either by herself, on my lap, or on Grandma Karen's lap. Because she was so good, Aunt Mary bought her a Mary Poppins doll that she absolutely could not wait to open. When the show was over, and we were exiting, she said "That was a good movie". So sweet! I can't wait to take her to more shows!
