34 Weeks

Our 34 week appointment was today and everything is still right on track. My tummy is measuring between 34 and 35cm and the heartbeat sounded great. A lot of people we know who have had a baby recently have gone 2 - 3 weeks early. We mentioned this to the doc and she sounded pretty surprised. She said that first babies were typically born close to the due date.

Speaking of due dates..... the ExpectNet poll will be closing in 2 weeks, so get your guess in before March 15th!!

In other news, here are some post-baby shower pictures. Our living room has exploded with tiny little articles of clothing, surrounded by gigantic boxes! We started going through all the gifts yesterday and luckily had some help. Jennifer, both Grandmas and 2 Great Aunts helped sort through clothes and put the bedding together in the nursery. They were a big help. We also put together the stroller!
