9 months old!!

Can you believe it? Two NINE month old happy, healthy babies with 1 1/2 teeth each! We couldn't be more blessed.

Grady: aka "Monster" "Little Mr. Man" "Buddy"
Favorite food: All of it. Any type of spoon with food on it, will get gobbled up. He loves picking up foods and feeding himself, like puffs, baby Cheetos, noodles, and shredded cheese.
Getting around: Mostly crawling, but walks along furniture, and attempts to lunge to another piece of furniture a few steps away. He walks really well with a push walker, and seems to handle stopping it and turning it!
Fun fact: He figures things out. Bryan says he has street smarts. He knows how to get around homemade gates, open doors, pull things down, etc... anything that he's not supposed to be doing.... he's doing.
Weight: 19 lbs, 4oz. 69th percentile
Height: 27.5 inches. 15th percentile. (Short, but growing slowly... at 6 months he was only in the 10th percentile!)

Morgyn: aka "Gladis Kravits" "Little Miss" "Sissy"
Favorite food: any fruit. She will force bottles down, along with veggies, but she is happiest with fruit.
Getting around: Mostly crawling, but walks along furniture. She likes to stand, but when she tries the push walker, it goes a little to fast for her. She ends up moving forward on her knees.
Fun fact: She's a talker! Dadadadadada is what we hear all day long. Sometimes it sounds like she answers our questions with a yes or no, sometimes is sounds like she says thank you, hi, dada, baba, baby, and julie.
Weight: 18 lbs. 46th percentile.
Height: 28.3 inches. 70th percentile!

M&G:
They both love to laugh. Grady used to be known as Mr. Serious, but he can be so smiley, and has the BEST smile. Morgyn is always smiley and has a beautiful smile, too. They follow each other around most of the time, and often try standing up by pulling the other one down. It's pretty humorous to watch. They don't really play together, but they play next to each other at the market. The market is still one of their favorites. They have recently showed an interest in climbing into Aubry's chair and pulling all the books off of her bookshelf. We switched her books from front to back, and put the board books in front, so that they wouldn't rip any of her paper pages. They both seem to like stories being read to them, and Morgyn will flip through books on her own... maybe that's where she's learning her words :)
It's a fun stage, but we are looking forward to 3 months from now, when they can start having milk instead of formula, and, with more teeth, can have more people food that they can pick up on their own, instead of baby food from a spoon.
