Michigan Visit

This weekend, Jennifer and I went to Michigan to visit her sister, Jamie (ok, she is also my cousin). One of Jamie's friends, Ashley, came up with us. It was a long drive, but we made it to Boon! We got there so late, that we pretty much went straight to bed. But Saturday, Jennifer and I hopped in Jake's jeep and headed to the cherry festival in Traverse City (about 45 minutes away) which is right on a bay. The weather was really nice there.

The cherries were delicious, and I ate pulled buffalo!! (I know I'm brave, but it looked and tasted just like pulled pork). On the way back to the car, we got some play time at the park:

When we got back to Boon, Jamie took the girls on a tour through the nearest town, Cadillac. Cadillac Lake is soo pretty, so we took advantage of a great background for pictures.

Jennifer wanted to see what the water temperature was, so I had the camera ready in case she fell in (but she didn't)

Then, Jennifer got dared to ride Jake's bike around the hilly house. She didn't fall here either!
