RV Trip Fun Facts

-We are currently in Fountain, CO, which is just south of Colorado Springs.
-To date, we have traveled 2,532 miles.
-Gas gets filled every 350-400 miles, and the pump cuts off anywhere between $100-150.
-Weather has been pefect! It's been quite chilly in the mornings, but by 9am it is beautiful out with some breeziness. It was around 95 today in CO Springs, but NO humidity!
-We didn't see any fish in Spearfish, and we didn't bring fishing poles.
-We are still itching from those mosquito bites from the other night =(
-We haven't purchased any additional food! We have cereal or eggs or pancakes for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch, and a delicious meal for dinner: grilled chicken w/ zucchini, pulled pork sandwiches w/ corn, chicken/zucchini/pineapple kabobs, ribeyes w/ mashed potatoes, , pb&j (long night of driving),and tonight will be pasta w/ meat sauce.
-I got my Wii Guitar Hero fix! Caitlin had it and asked me to play. How could I turn her down?

As previously posted, last night we drove into Craig, CO to visit Uncle Ken & Family. We had a short, but wonderful visit. The RV got a little boo-boo however... it got in a fight with the fence while parking. There's a little damage, but we're going to try to fix it when we get home. Bryan says it just needs a little "TLC". We left Craig at 9:30am, drove through the Rocky Mountains and saw a few small mining villiages, stopped in Leadville to walk around the cute little town. At one point Leadville was going to be the capital of CO. From there we drove 3 hours to our campsite. It's beautiful here! The best campsite so far!

Tonight and tomorrow night's campsite, complete with a relaxing Bryan =)
